I have had the privilege of working with over 500 kids and parents over the past 12 years to help them learn how to make healthier choices and positive behavior changes that have resulted in increased self esteem, improved family relationships, and reduced BMI.

I hope this blog will encourage you (and make it easier for you!) to make healthier choices for your family. I also hope that by including inspiring stories of children who have learned to control their weight will support parents who are struggling with their own child's weight issues.
